Food Hygiene Solutions are very pleased to be working in association with the Institute of Food Research to provide high quality, low cost training for Environmental Health Practitioners and other food safety professionals.

Sous vide Seminar Next course to be announced

Sous Vide is a relatively new technique found in many good quality restaurants whereby food is vaccuum packed and then "cooked" in a water bath. We are offering seminars for enforcement officers and consultants on the technique that will be led by Dr Sandra Stringer, of the Institute of Food Research and a leading authority on the microbiology surrounding this technique and Mr Olly Rouse, head chef of Restaurant John Campbell who will be demonstrating this technique as well as providing a tasting of products produced.                                               Equipment courtesy of Multivac.
